From May until the end of September, Ringwood Hall will be showcasing their high-quality, luxury marquee, set within the six acre award-winning landscaped gardens, cared for by our dedicated employed gardeners who work around the clock to ensure it’s always the perfect setting for your summer/ outdoor wedding celebrations.

Our marquee is nestled away by our secret woodland walk, which was recently discovered and restored to a magical hideaway with tasteful lighting, all overlooking the stunning Derbyshire countryside and our own 29 acres of fields of wild flowers and meadows, making it a perfect setting or your country-like photographs!

Summer marquee wedding celebrations wouldn’t be the same without an outdoor seating area and place for the children (or big kids) to have fun – Whether you are sat under our charmed Victorian gazebo or sat in the open air alongside our colourful planters and perfectly placed tree lights create a special atmosphere.

A massive thank you to all of you who attended our wedding showcase last week.

We were blessed with a lovely day to greet our brides to be and their parties as they came to look round our beautiful grounds and meet some of our chosen suppliers. Our showcases are always a great opportunity to see the hotel and gardens in all their splendour. We have a showcase per month planned so if you couldn't join us last week then why not make a date in your diary for Monday 16th June between 2 - 8pm

A month ago we introduced you to some of our wedding coordinators and this week we want to present Julie & Pam who work on our main reception desk and are tasked with ensuring all your wedding accommodation is booked correctly. Julie & Pam are willing to answer any question you may have when booking your wedding regarding the rooms available and ensuring your guests have the best stay possible. They are just two people in a team of dozens who aim to make your wedding at Ringwood Hall Hotel as special as possible!

Beautiful building in a gorgeous setting

Christmas Market and Craft Fair

Come to our Christmas Market on Sunday the 24th November, 10.30am and 4.30pm and get your Christmas shopping done!

The market coincides with us launching the festive season at Ringwood Hall Hotel and is the perfect event to buy handmade Christmas gifts !! The range is diverse from fabulous local crafts, jewellery, fabrics, pottery, wood, glass, toys, scarves, cards, home produced jams and chutneys, handmade Christmas decorations, stocking fillers and much, much more.

Like all our events, the entry and parking is free and it is also a great opportunity to browse the hotel and see everything it has to offer! Our grade II manor house can look especially unique whilst wearing it's winter coat! The ideal location for a winter or Christmas wedding!

We endeavour to make everyone's stay at Ringwood Hall Hotel memorable and ensure that we do everything possible to make your Wedding day go without a hitch, pardon the pun! The main element of this is training our staff so that they are there for you on your special day, so obviously we are delighted that AGorton80 said "Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly helpful staff."

The staff complement the setting that our Grade II listed manor house and surrounding grounds that make us the number choice for a peak district wedding. Ringwood Hall Hotel is not just a wedding venue

Many couples choose to spend a special weekend at Ringwood Hall Hotel it could be for a short break, a special occasion or just making the most of not having the kids for the weekend! For this couple it was their first wedding anniversary and they chose to stay in the luxurious Barlborough Suite to celebrate getting married at Ringwood Hall Hotel a year ago

The Barlborough Suite which is tucked away in a quiet location on the ground floor of the hotel has a elegant 4 poster bed as well as huge luxury bath! This is what the couple thought of their stay.

"We had dinner, bed and breakfast and stayed in the Barlborough suite. We had an absolutely fantastic night and …look forward to spending many more of our anniversaries here!"

We chose Ringwood Hall for our wedding and are so glad we did as we could not have chosen a more perfect place. From the moment I arrived with my family the night before the staff were amazing. They looked after everyone so well on the Friday night for our family function and the rooms are all fantastic, everyone was so pleased.

Our wedding was on the Saturday and I want to give Tracey a special thank you as she was brilliant from start to finish, the whole day ran so smoothly, despite the rubbish weather and the staff could not have done more to make our wedding any better. I would recommend Ringwood Hall to anyone thinking about a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed and I’ll definitely be going back to stay again!

Strawberry Tea This Sunday at Ringwood Hall Hotel

Between 2pm and 5pm this Sunday (18th August) Come and join us for a delicious Strawberry Tea and help raise money for Breast Cancer Care and the Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Appeal.

We are holding this excellent event at Ringwood Hall Hotel to support a charity that is close to us all here and invite you and your friends to come and share the afternoon with us and enjoy some relaxation in the grounds of our Georgian grade II listed Manor House.

 Due to popular demand we have also arranged for the marquee to be available during our hotel showround on the 1st of September so the quality interior of the marquee can be appreciated as well as the outstanding setting it has in our gardens. The marquee is a semi permanent structure with everything you need for your reception and it even has it’s own parking and executive standard facilities. Our marquee wedding packages are designed to make the hire of the marquee affordable.

We think the sun will be shining again this weekend but regardless we can guarantee a great day out at our garden marquee showcase. The marquee is available for wedding hire May and September and our open day on Sunday is your last chance to look around it until next year!

Our feature rooms have all been recently refurbished and offer a unique style that is hard to come by in a newly built property. We have 5 rooms that offer four poster beds that offer you the decadence and glamour your special day deserves.

Our range of wedding accommodation also cares for your guests as all your party are offered a preferential accommodation rate to stay at the hotel of just £47.50 per person per night based on 2 people sharing, including full English Breakfast use of our extensive leisure facilities. If they prefer we also have a number of apartments available ideal for the travelling family or those who want to extend their stay and see more of the Peak District!

We are delighted that all the staff at Ringwood Hall Hotel helped make Kerry's day so special and we hope that all the couples that get married here in 2013 have a similar experience.

Our wedding venue is second to none but we appreciate it is the small things that make your day so smoothly. Our team have dozens of years experiencing in ensuring any type of wedding goes smoothly and it was great to hear that Kerry found Lyndon to be a 'god send' Your wedding day experience is tailored around yourselves and your party, you can have a bespoke wedding or choose from one of our competitively priced packages 

Kerry stayed in the Renishaw suite, one of our four poster bed rooms and which has just had major refurbishment! It features a king sized  four poster bed, magnificent regal white furniture including a chaise longue, a 40" plasma TV, and a chandeliered ensuite room with feature bath that is absolutely stunning. The Renishaw must be one of most beautiful 4 poster rooms in Derbyshire!

Showcase Sunday on the 30^th June at Ringwood Hall Hotel

This Sunday our magnificent Georgian grade 11 listed Manor House will be open for all you brides to view and appreciate what a location it would be for your dream wedding! Take your time to see where you can exchange your vows or where you will welcome your guests for a reception after the church! If you prefer a marquee wedding then our exceptional summer garden marquee will also be open for you to look round.

Take this opportunity to inspect the accommodation that would be available to your wedding party by looking at our fabulous fourposters and feature rooms and appreciate the exquisite period décor in our licensed suites.
